Problem
The concept of engaging in stock trading triggers porcupine like reaction for numerous individuals. It is perceived as excessively intricate, costly, and the platforms facilitating such activities appear to be reminiscent of the early 2000s.
Goal
The objective was to empower individuals from varied backgrounds in India, enabling them to cultivate and preserve their personal wealth. This endeavor entailed the development of a polished and user-friendly interface, which has garnered recognition for its exceptional attributes.
Users
There were different type of users we had to make this accessible to. They all have same goal but with different experience levels, their experience to the markets can be vastly different from one another.
Active Traders - Professionals who actively engage in the markets regularly.
Passive Investors - Understands markets but only engages in markets once in a week or month.
Explorers - People who are new to the markets and do not understand all the financial jargon.
Principles
Focus on human interactions and sensibilities.
Keep UIs and interactions simple, typography crisp, clutter minimal, and spacing calm.
Keep iterating for as long as it takes to strike the right balance between “aesthetically pleasing” and “easily usable”.
